If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product (even if empty) within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at support@theburngummy.com or call +1 (855) 482-1597.
• Provide your order number and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Ship the product bottles (empty, partially full, or full) back to our facility with the RMA number clearly written on the package.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Returns without an RMA may not be processed.

Order Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after the return has been processed.
